Highly recommend this garage. My VW Toureag developed a fault as I drove up from the West Midlands. They plugged it in, diagnosed the problem, gave advice as to how it could be fixed and reassured me that it was safe to drive home where I will get it repaired due to fleeting stay in Durham. Swift and professional, excellent customer service.

My husband Alan recently took our Mercedes coupe as there was a rattle and we thought it was the suspension . The car was left for diagnosis , and it was stripped down and kept over night . It was found the suspension was fine so other suspect areas were checked over. No problem was diagnosised and we we reassured that there was nothing mechanical wrong with the car . They wouldn't take any payment for their labour and time, very rare to ever come across a company that does not charge you for their time. Honest reliable company and recommend them highly .

Absolutely great service from the team at Vasstech Durham. Ian on the service desk is a great guy and very helpful. They've fixed 2 separate faults on my grandads VW Touareg with genuine parts but at a much better price than any main dealer would ever offer. Highly recommend!

Had my A6 in for front arms and other bits. Connor and Ben are both spot on and the work was done quickly and kept up to date with what was going on. Pricing also seems very good. Highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. 👍
