The lads were fantastic. As always, quality work, done quickly and with trust on both sides. I started off using the Darlington branch 7 years ago, and I've been using the Durham branch since it opened, because it's closer to Newcastle. I've been very happy.

A huge Thankyou to Vasstech Northallerton for fixing my VW T6.1 transporter. Engine light had illuminated and was diagnosed as the dreaded NOX sensor problem these engines suffer from. Was informed the sensors are really expensive £566 plus labour plus an oil change service so quite an expensive time just before XMAS. Luckily VASSTECH found the sensor to be ok and the weld on the exhaust where the sensor mounts had cracked , so a relatively cheap weld cured the fault. Greatly appreciate their honesty and integrity. Job done , oil changed and a much more tolerable £420 bill. Happy Christmas and a happy new year!

I recently took my beloved TT to the garage I have used since 2019 for a full service having purchased it in October last year, they did a good job but were unable to change the transmission oil as they were'nt an Audi garage, which was absolutely fine. A friend at work suggested giving VASSTECH a call, which i duly did.From the off they were professional, helpful and able to get the car in promptly. Whilst in they picked up on a weep from the sump, which the previous garage had informed me of but I had left as they couldn't give me a price at the time of collection, I asked James to arrange for it to be done, which again was a prompt turnaround. I arrived at 14:00 on the Monday and the team had it done by end of play that day whilst I went for a drink. The impression I got from all in the garage was they cared about a quality service and for the customer to drive away happy. I would highly recommend VASSTECH for an alternative to main dealers.

I took my 9 year old SEAT Ibiza in for an MOT and service and what I got back felt like a new car… it felt quicker, the breaks were tighter and the power steering had come back to life! Thank you to all the team at Durham - great job!

Garages don't always have the greatest reputation, so isn't it a relief when you find a really good one? Vasstech Northallerton took my car in during a busy period - I had a coolant leak on my Octavia Mk III estate, with warning lights going off everywhere. Not only did they manage to take a look a couple of days earlier than originally estimated, but they were spot on with their prediction of what the problem was (cam belt/water pump) and so gave me a really good estimate of what the job was going to cost. James was brilliant with comms - kept me informed and also managed to get hold of an additional part I was after. Really refreshing to deal with a competent, friendly, honest and professional local business.

Not sure if it's just me but as a "private" customer they seem to make the prices up as they go along. I was quoted 2.5k for a coolant valve issue on my audi. I got a garage I use to quote me and it was all done with 2 x new tyres for half the price from the original quote from vasstech. Good luck trying to get in touch with one of their regional managers too. Greedy company that doesn't look after their regular customers.

Needed help with an urgent query on my car was due to travel home 30 miles and didn’t want to risk it. Went back to Vasstech due to previously excellent service and work done to my VW Tiguan. The customer service team were absolutely excellent, go me in quickly due to concerns about something around wheel/suspension area being loose. They were so kind and friendly. I trust these guys and girls to do a thorough and professional job on my car and will recommend them to anyone in the north east area for their car repairs. Brilliant customer service I had my Tiguan serviced here 6mths ago. The customer service on the day was fantastic. I return today as I had a oil light warning on, the lady at reception could not have done more to help. Following some inspections and use of diagnostics I left very happy. I will definitely use Vasstech again. Thank you

I’ve used vasstech, northallerton now for quite a few years as and when I’ve run in to problems with an old VW transporter. They’ve been the first to help, quick and accommodating. Even when I’ve been in for a quick bit of advice they’ve been brilliant at problem solving and sorting out any minor problems. Today was no different. I rang up this morning, with an issue with an LED indicator, there was me thinking I’d need to replace the entire unit, however, Scott couldn’t be more helpful. Popped over this afternoon and 15 mins later, problem resolved and I was back on the road. Such great service and such a trustworthy team. I really do appreciate it. Thank you.x

I booked my Audi Q2 40tfsi for what I thought was a gearbox fault. However quickly diagnosed this to be a misfire. The cause was found and rectified. Thanks to all the team and will see you at my next service.👍
