I was in yesterday for my annual service. Staff extremely professional, kind and welcoming. Unbeatable prices. Special shout out to Nicolle for always making my visits an enjoyable experience. Great team keep up the hard work

Took it in for an issue with non operative taillights and licence plates lights on my Ford fiesta. They took a look and told me there was nothing they could do with the issue but they'd only charge half price since they couldn't fix it. Paid £43 for their time. Drive away realised now my indicator is operating at twice the speed, my right headlamp is now not working and they left wiring exposed behind the glovebox with a panel still on the passenger floor. Took it back to ask them to either fix the issues that are now present or offer me a refund. Instead of doing either I was told they did "nothing" to my vehicle and they refused to help further. Once home found that they had not plugged my head light in correctly and that was what was causing the issue. Don't bother with them if you want them to leave the car as they found it.
