Vasstech Northallerton

I’ve used vasstech, northallerton now for quite a few years as and when I’ve run in to problems with an old VW transporter. They’ve been the first to help, quick and accommodating. Even when I’ve been in for a quick bit of advice they’ve been brilliant at problem solving and sorting out any minor problems. Today was no different. I rang up this morning, with an issue with an LED indicator, there was me thinking I’d need to replace the entire unit, however, Scott couldn’t be more helpful. Popped over this afternoon and 15 mins later, problem resolved and I was back on the road. Such great service and such a trustworthy team. I really do appreciate it. Thank you.x

I recently took my beloved TT to the garage I have used since 2019 for a full service having purchased it in October last year, they did a good job but were unable to change the transmission oil as they were'nt an Audi garage, which was absolutely fine. A friend at work suggested giving VASSTECH a call, which i duly did.From the off they were professional, helpful and able to get the car in promptly. Whilst in they picked up on a weep from the sump, which the previous garage had informed me of but I had left as they couldn't give me a price at the time of collection, I asked James to arrange for it to be done, which again was a prompt turnaround. I arrived at 14:00 on the Monday and the team had it done by end of play that day whilst I went for a drink. The impression I got from all in the garage was they cared about a quality service and for the customer to drive away happy. I would highly recommend VASSTECH for an alternative to main dealers.

A huge Thankyou to Vasstech Northallerton for fixing my VW T6.1 transporter. Engine light had illuminated and was diagnosed as the dreaded NOX sensor problem these engines suffer from. Was informed the sensors are really expensive £566 plus labour plus an oil change service so quite an expensive time just before XMAS. Luckily VASSTECH found the sensor to be ok and the weld on the exhaust where the sensor mounts had cracked , so a relatively cheap weld cured the fault. Greatly appreciate their honesty and integrity. Job done , oil changed and a much more tolerable £420 bill. Happy Christmas and a happy new year!
