Vasstech Northallerton

A huge Thankyou to Vasstech Northallerton for fixing my VW T6.1 transporter. Engine light had illuminated and was diagnosed as the dreaded NOX sensor problem these engines suffer from. Was informed the sensors are really expensive £566 plus labour plus an oil change service so quite an expensive time just before XMAS. Luckily VASSTECH found the sensor to be ok and the weld on the exhaust where the sensor mounts had cracked , so a relatively cheap weld cured the fault. Greatly appreciate their honesty and integrity. Job done , oil changed and a much more tolerable £420 bill. Happy Christmas and a happy new year!

Went in this morning with my car making a worrying noise, hoping for someone to just look and tell me if it was safe to drive home - up on a ramp in minutes, missing screw replaced and no charge! SO impressed - moving to Northallerton soon and will definitely be using them for our cars.

I've used Vasstech on two occasions now for my Skoda car, one for an MOT & window motor repair, and the other for tyre replacements. And I can honestly say it's been one of the best experiences I've had of a garage so far. I've lived in several different parts of the country & county for the last 10 years and have experienced my fair share of good and bad garage service. On my latest round, I had an emergency puncture and was due to replace some tyres. I left a voicemail late in the evening and received a call back by 9am the next morning. It was very much appreciated to be offered a same day appointment, including the promise that the car would be ready that day too. As promised, the car was repaired the same day as drop off. The customer service provided is exceptional and there's no expectation of being a car expert speaking with them. Prices are fair and clearly broken down through superb invoicing. For anyone living in Northallerton, I would definitely recommend using Vasstech for car repair. They're an incredibly reassuring business, especially for anyone new to the area who needs reliable and honest service upfront.
