Always a great service. I also feel like you only have the work that is needed - some garages over inflate problems in my experience. Libby is always friendly and chatty - and I would thoroughly recommend Vasstech!

Went in this morning with my car making a worrying noise, hoping for someone to just look and tell me if it was safe to drive home - up on a ramp in minutes, missing screw replaced and no charge! SO impressed - moving to Northallerton soon and will definitely be using them for our cars.

Have my usual service and MOT done at Vasstech every year but whenever anything crops up they are always available to help. I’ve had a handful of issues ranging in severity this year and Matt has always had the car in to sort immediately. Great work and really efficient service. Call up to pay and the receptionist is lovely too. Would recommend to anyone.

Superb service. Sorted my car out well, and dealt very well with the warranty company, who really didn't make things easy. They even dropped me at Costa while I waited for the diagnostic. Fabulous!!

Cannot rate this garage highly enough! They have now helped me 3 times this year due to my rather problematic Seat Ibiza. Each time they have exceeded expectations on customer service, being really quick to diagnose and deal with the problems. They also made my life a lot easier by liaising with the warranty company for me. I doubt I will use another garage in the area and would recommend wholeheartedly to a friend.

Rang vasstech Northallerton due to smoke coming from my bonnet of the car, they told me to take it down and they would have a look. A couple of hours later I got a call back and the problem was explained to me. I wasn’t charged for them having a look and they squeezed a little stressed me in! Couldn’t praise them enough, will be swapping from VW to vasstech from now on!
