Co-founder & Director
My journey in the motor trade began back in ’97 as an apprentice at Massingberd’s. Cars and all things mechanical have always fascinated me, especially when it comes to Audi, VW, Seat & Skoda.
My main goal for Vasstech has always been embedded in the customer experience we can deliver. That means handpicking a team that shares my passion for providing customers with the best experience possible.
One unforgettable moment on the job? A customer’s VW transporter needed an engine replacement right before his French wedding. Alongside Paul, Tim, and the team, we worked through the night to make sure he made it to his big day. It’s moments like these that drive us.
Staying ahead in this industry means investing heavily in top-notch training and the latest technical know-how. Regular group activities with the Vasstech team fuel our drive for improvement and out-of-the-box solutions.
Our approach is hands-on, involving getting into the nitty-gritty of vehicle repairs. You’ll often find our front-of-house staff right in the workshop (but don’t worry, they’ll still be on hand when you need them!), learning alongside our technicians.
Community support matters to us. Vasstech sponsors local clubs, events, and school charities, strengthening our ties within the community.
And beyond my work, my co-founders and I share a passion for speed, attending the 24hr Le Mans endurance race annually and enjoying a track car shared between branches for team outings.
Recently, I’ve discovered a new passion with my wife and children: horse riding. Swapping the steering wheel for the saddle puts a new meaning on the term horsepower!
At Vasstech, it’s about more than just cars. It’s about passion, dedication, and creating a community-driven experience for our customers.
